酒店是规定中午12点需要离店的。房卡早上10就不能用了，要我特地跑下来续房卡。前几天住的时候每天有矿泉水，今天矿泉水，一次性杯子，还有厕所的卫生纸都没有，要我自己跑去问卫生纸。中午去餐厅吃饭，等了十几分钟，都没人收走之前别人留下的碗筷，女服务员态度超级差，我们我们进来坐了好久等了两回十几分钟，她都是忙别人，连过来问点菜都不问
