这酒店四星级真是笑死人，起码10年没装修了，没淋浴房，要站在浴缸上冲凉，更离谱的是浴缸积水放不下去排水的阀门坏的，我还要去抠塞子才行，大堂的服务员简直了我跟他说已经订房了先开房间吧，忘了身份证，他叫我报身份证号码然后跟我说去派出所开证明......我准备取消的时候，居然是取消要付全部费用，还赶去取来身份证，停车场那块也是奇葩，都出示房卡跟他说是住客了还打电话问明白是不是对的，还问东问西，管理相当混乱，本来常来的酒店，以后不会再来，差评！不推荐大家住...
