刚进去就发现洗手台漏水，等了15分钟才有人来修理，弄了大概十分钟说弄好了，服务员来清理地上的水，结果还是漏水，好吧，只有我主动联系前台去沟通才给我换房，房间还特别远，带着孩子绕了半天才到！换了个房间真是畸形，淋浴室的门打开后直接被浴缸挡住了，地上还有不明纸屑，洗浴用品里连一次性的刮胡刀都没有，水龙头也是歪的，空调调到16度风量最大，开了一晚上室内温度还是26度，除了周围环境稍微好一点，真心不值这个价

酒店环境没得说了，个人觉得比希尔顿还要好很多，房间也很大，周边环境也特别美，湖边的风景优美，就是范围稍微小了一点，适合遛娃，分别有室内和室外游泳池，还有孩子们的游乐场，愉快的度假⛱️
