烂烂烂酒店一个！
一、一行5人，三人在锦江之星订的，未预付；另外2人无论如何在锦江之星app上订都订不上，就用elong订，1人已预付，1人未预付付。晚上10点的火车才能到武汉，结果下午酒店打电话要求预付或担保，锦江之星app上的马上处理加上预付，1个elong的已预付，剩下最后一个elong的不好处理，问一行五人已预付了4人，能不能灵活处理，非不行。折腾了好久才能担保。
二、晚上11点到酒店了，给了5个身份证，结果开的房型与订单上的姓名对不上，不同的房型混了。要命的是，企业有住宿标准的，而且房间水单上的姓名、金额要与发票相同。一团糟！前台按照订单姓名、房型开不就好了吗？！本职工作没做好，奉茶、热毛巾有什么用？
三、早餐的话，其中有人是会员，可以送早餐，结果由于姓名和房号对不上，也没有吃上，还被早餐厅和前台推来推去。
四、住了2天，第二天房间浴巾已更换，但有异味。
每年出差有大半年的时间，住过无数酒店，这是我见到的培训和服务最差的一间，没有之一。之前基本不评论，但这家酒店实在体验不好。
