前台服务员态度蛮横，客人着急赶飞机稍微催一下发票很正常，服务员就很大声说谁让你不早退，让人感觉很不舒服，我是花钱来住宿的，这种说话方式还叫服务吗，分明在赶我走，下次不住了最后一次。另外早餐大家放弃吧你会失望的。
