我提前一个月订的酒店，29日当晚入住，到酒店服务员告诉我没有房间了，我说我提前预订的，她说网上订了这么久，再加上网络确认的，她们不知道，我哭笑不得，半夜2点难道让我露宿街头？还说我订的日期不对，我晕，什么服务态度？为了她睡个好觉，酒店就得被迫“客满”！卫生也不是太好，我在洗脸盆里发现了一根头发，杯子也有痕迹，勉强用，特别是那个固定喷头，真心不好用。

酒店真心不错，不过从外面看不出来是个酒店，因为写着巴音郭楞蒙古自治州驻乌鲁木齐办事处，不知道的会以为是个办公的地方呢，所以可能会给酒店客源带来一定的影响。卫生什么的没的说，非常棒。而且被褥能看出来都是新换洗的。设施略显陈旧了，主要是卫生间里面，不过不影响。

酒店洗澡的喷头是固定的这个不太方便，其他都很好，内部设施与宣传图片一致，订房价格经济实惠，交通便利。
