我在这个酒店来回住了差不多快5年了，但是我觉得这是我最后一次入住，条件比以前差很多，房间里全是油漆的味道，半夜快快四点打电话给总台，总台说是楼上在装修的原因，我也是醉了，害得我一晚上鼻子熏的痛死了，以后大家入住要选择清楚

管理混乱，重复收钱，我在网上给亲戚订房，预付了房钱，结果住了三天前台非说欠费，亲戚不好意思问我，就直接又付了放钱，又住了一天，前台又说欠费已经一千多了，亲戚才知道肯定有问题，才给我打电话，然后前台退了钱
