一般化的设施，门口几乎从早到晚一刻不停的极拥堵的交通，无人指挥，曲里拐弯，超奇葩超考验技术的地下停车场通道和超贵的停车费，一般得几乎是不负责任的冷淡的前台、客房和早餐服务。离开酒店，犹如逃亡的感觉。下次，再也不来了。

一进客房，哇好大耶，真有45平米。12楼的服务员很热情，询问我们有什么需要，介绍了周边的小吃街（离酒店50米）。态度真好。同行的朋友都说我找对了酒店。好好谢谢12楼的服务员。

我们住1220、1213、1212，三个房间，12楼的服务员非常热心，体贴入微，为我们老人提供了很多方便。周边50米处就是小吃街，商场，公交🚌站，902公交6站就到火车南站。太方便了。

新疆之行最差的酒店没有之一，原本定的旁边的全季酒店，确认了然后艺龙客服来电说因为酒店原因确认错误，没有房间，说是带我升级到旁边的四星酒店豪华商务标间，价格不变，到了酒店心凉了半截，门口装修脏兮兮，破破烂烂，到了前台服务员来了一句好像没有房间了，带我们换成套房，心想还有这种好事，到了房间失望到极点，有照片为证吧，电梯破旧，洗澡水很小，一会儿热一会儿凉，窗户脏兮兮，这就是艺龙所谓的“四星”...
