服务特别好，小男生帮我们提行李到山顶辛苦了，所有服务人都主动友善，餐厅味道还可以，配套的餐饮和娱乐选择少也可以理解，雪天走路去滑雪场20分钟左右，风景很美很美，值得再去，就是太冷了有点不习惯哈！

环境是很不错的，在山坡上，特别适合团体出游，野炊，紧靠南山牧场，空气非常好，房间是单独的一栋一栋的，服务起来很多不方便，吃饭也只有酒店自己的餐厅可以吃，前台的服务实在是烂到无语，问个话，不是不知道就是爱答不理的，一副你爱住不住的德行，携程预付得房间，居然半天找不到订单，态度极差，如果换了前台服务人员，其实这个地方还是不错的休闲度假所选

新疆游玩第一站，不虚此行，依山而建，景色美，营地建筑也很漂亮，旁边爬山、骑马都很方便，值得推荐！赶上维族古尔邦节和中秋节，餐厅厨师放假，可惜没有尝到营地美食。

酒店环境非常好，适合休闲度假，去的人也挺多，餐厅供应的食品数量还需要提高下，人多去了比较好玩，下次考虑再去。
