服务很好，酒店装潢也非常有民族特色，很漂亮。早餐丰富味道也很好。美中不足的就是电梯少，7层以上的电梯尽然早上停电，这行李拉下来太费劲。另外就是房间隔音不好，晚上隔壁的欢唱声吵得睡不好。希望注意改进，以后更加贴心到位

来新疆玩，一定要住有新疆特色的突玛丽斯大饭店，离大巴扎步行仅仅10分钟左右的路程，服务态度五星级，酒店环境五星级，床睡着太软，个人比较喜欢硬一点的，设施略微陈旧一点，三人间整个屋子竟然只有三个充电口，还有一个在洗手间，这点不是很好！整体来说，很满意，下次来乌鲁木齐还会选择这里！
