酒店的交通还可以，离地铁站口很近，附近有个商业区，开车五分钟就到了，房间里被子，毛巾很干净，热水器是用电加热的，大约十分钟左右就可以用了。房间的厨房是开放式的，入住的房间前一个房客做过饭的，味道还没消除，前台给换了一间。入住的那天正下雨，大堂和公共空间湿气较大，地上也很滑，据说这是无锡梅雨天气。
