我就呵呵嗒了 房间和价格及其不协调 换个房还要加那么多钱 我第二天去二十四府订了一间也觉得太小要换一间 人家加20块就可以解决了 算了不说了 就这样了

挺好的，设施都挺齐全，服务员也很热情，就是房间太冷了，好在热水挺热的，要是有电褥子就更好了！

酒店总体感觉可以，有早餐供应；卫生方面也还可以；房间还有送免费红茶和矿泉水；交通方便，到大路口便有公交站点可达景区和火车北站。不足方面：房型在艺龙上“标准大床房”和“大床房”价格和楼层是不一样的，我订的是“大床房”应该在4、5层，可给的房间是在3层，让人有点被忽悠感觉；其次内部装修比较旧，房间有些设施没有及时修复，如卫生间的外窗帘损坏了，灯光有的不亮；塑料拖鞋后跟都破了还在用；另外在茶乡，酒店房间里居然没配个小型茶具是个缺憾；还有就是我的火车是下午四点，提前一天申请延长使用到三点再退房并付延时房费也不被允许，还是要求12点必须退房，这点让我很不爽，很想拉下脸赖到下午三点再退房你又能把我如何？！后来想想算了，当天上午还是匆匆从景区赶回酒店按时办了退房。还好前台客服妹纸态度很好让我感觉比较舒服，她指点让在大堂的茶吧免费休息里面懒人沙发可以躺。谢谢了哈！但做为一家涉外酒店希望对不足还是应该努力去完善！总体还是给予推荐。
