提前网上预是有窗，到店入住后窗没有了，房子跟图片也不符合，尽然把我预定的房间给了别人，经过协商我接受了无窗和跟预定信息不符合的房间！入住也没说中午12点退房。结果睡过了一个小时要扣费50元，因为地方不同退房时间不一样也正常，（平常都是住的14点退房）可服务员偏偏超过一小时后打电话提醒！还理直气壮说12点的时候有打过2遍没人接，我在房间一点都没听到电话声音，难道见鬼了？在房间我自己手机器电话震动都吵醒我了！最后尽然让我好评50元不用扣了！就这么玩文字游戏欺骗顾客我干嘛为了50元去说不属实的事情？大家最好看清楚预定！
