服务态度一如既往的好，热情周到，行政双床房那是真的很大，适合办公，还有直角型的会客沙发，当床睡个人都可以。位置地段极其好，在北大街地铁站旁，1、2号地铁交汇处，临近回民街和钟楼，周边配套齐全，吃饭也方便。

步行去回民街大概10分钟，地铁站就在旁边，去火车站直达很方便，交通区位还是不错的。
服务人员积极主动，有种在“海底捞”的感觉。
补了40元升级了房型，房间还比较大。整层楼路线有点饶，应该是回字形的布局，指引标志可以再改动一下，有点饶。
一次性杯子的设计第一次遇到，感觉比较贴心，咖啡也不错，可以送个奶球。
