本来挺满意的一次住宿，没想到凌晨两点被人一直敲门吵醒，酒店总台工作人员不但没有保护客人隐私，还把住客信息告诉外来人员，没有考虑住客的感受放任外来人员凌晨两点进去酒店严重干扰住客的休息，有什么事可以天亮了再说，但总台工作人员没有为住客考虑，直接让外来人员凌晨两点敲住客房门，后来一晚上都睡不着了，第二天的行程完全被打乱了，
