设施陈旧，服务很差很差！！
入住时就发现房间的冰箱门关不上，马上给一楼客服打电话报修，整个下午和晚上也没修。第二天早晨亲自到前台继续报修，接下来的两天依然没有修好。等第四天晚上回来时，冰箱门修了，但修的结果是彻底锁上了打不开。。。
整个4天时间冰箱无法使用，这就是五星级酒店的反应速度！

订的高级客房帮忙升级成了高级套房，很舒服，整体感觉很好，位置不用说，南门旁边就是，出门五十米地铁口，服务好，床垫很舒服，隔音特别好没听到过走廊或者旁边房间的声音，性价比超高，以后有机会再来一定会继续住这个，也会推荐给朋友们住。

君乐城堡🏯是在booking预订的，评价很高！酒店有些历史了，入住的外国友人挺多的，服务也很好，酒店环境挺好的，唯一不足的就是浴室，有点意外，有点简陋，不符合它的星级标准。
