非常差的酒店，尤其奉劝各位来西安自驾游带车的朋友们，千万不要入住，酒店一个车位都没有，路很窄，很不方便，门口保安态度嚣张，酒店前台推脱不理，跟携程踢皮球，不给退房，一个五星级酒店连停车都解决不了，还不如快捷酒店，携程既然让我自己找停车场打车入住该酒店，我花七百多要的是服务不是受气。

西安人，很多次入住了，酒店做的都还不错很精致，但是被子很磨人皮肤，算得上是我睡过被子最难受的酒店。反应多次还是没有改进，希望尽快反映处理

第一天晚上到酒店，发现窗帘是坏的，半夜就喊人修。第二天早上，又发现马桶堵了，又喊人修，第三天发现马桶还是堵了，喊人修，第四天终于马桶彻底修好了。
