环境老旧，设施跟不上，网络差，空调不行 不如连锁酒店！一千一晚不值！更可气我前一天入住，定一天第二天想续住，外出很晚回，一直电话催我退房，下午4点到酒店退房，还多收我半天房费！我想问下这是所谓5星酒店的服务吗？！是我的问题吗？别人定了你之前先保障现有住客的需求吧！可能你们的规定我不懂，以后肯定不会在入住！差评！以上关于环境及设施的点评都是真实写照
