没的热水洗澡，服务员说坏了，一时半会修不好。吹风机线裸露，空调不给力，装修比名宿还差，房间奇小无比。总之感觉性价比超级低。唯一的优点就是地段还行。

酒店工作人员很热情服务很好，但是我要投诉的是大清早的八点钟就在墙上敲敲打打，想睡个懒觉都睡不着，打电话给前台结果发现座机话筒是坏的，投诉早上太吵，没有任何效果。很差的体验。

首先我想说：服务很好前台也很热情。但是你一个海景房给一个拐角房间，房间装修顶多也就是招待所级别按照酒店收费。还有，真是奇葩了，永远房间连不上Wi-Fi，问了前台解释了说可能不稳定，但是不稳定我在房间就从来没有连上。应该不止一个人反应这个问题吧，说明酒店也是知道的。你要么不让我住，既然花了海景房的钱又给一个垃圾房给艺龙住户，钱也没少收，这不是明显欺诈吗？还有空调一夜没法用。当然服务没得说态度也很好，实事求是，但是硬件太差了对不起酒店二字！对不起厦门这个旅游城市！太失望！
