先说优点吧：1.服务态度挺好的，2.早餐还可以，3.离龙头路小吃街很近；再说缺点：1.房间比较小，2.隔音太差，很差，非常差，所有注重睡眠质量的不推荐这里，你会疯的，3.wifi信号几乎为0

一般。位置不错，房间很小，厕所没有门。最搞不懂的是厕所没有下水，只能站在一个小木桶里淋浴，木桶很不结实觉得随时都可能踩塌。。。。。400大洋觉得性价比一般。

很有特色，工作人员热情，居住的麓嶕房小巧精致，还有个院子，唯一美中不足的是外面发电箱声音有些吵。整体还是比较满意的

一幢老别墅，虽然房间偏小(毕竟老房子），但感觉挺好的，小院子很有感觉，毛巾像五星级酒店的那种，位置也好找，离龙头路很近，值得推荐
