我个人感觉酒店管理有点混乱，开始去总台定单间一间一晚318元，押金200元，总计付款518元，到房间看后不太满意，本想随便换个其它单间就可以了，打电话到总台，总台说没有单间，单间都卖完了，没办法只有退房了，前台接待不情不愿，总算把费用都退给我了，准备离开酒店，我在同程旅游里面一搜酒店，本酒店单间房源多着呢，我试着预定看看，结果成功预定到本酒店的单间，就是我之前退的那个房间一个楼层的对面房间，窗外风景美极了，而且便宜多了，只需205元，价格咋这大的区别？勉强在那里住了一晚，感谢同程旅游真的是省时，省心，又省钱！不知道该酒店老总看到了这评论，会是……

房间设施还好，装修很新，好像是新换的管理者和店名，毛巾还是原来酒店的名字。地毯太软，穿着旅游鞋差点崴脚。早餐一般，尚可吧。到酒店时很晚了，工作人员还在等着，辛苦啦！离高速口很近。有地下停车场，且很大。最不能忍受的是，北面邻街的房子，太吵了！不断有高速下来的车，大车很多，几乎一夜未眠，严重影响了身体。睡觉轻的人，不推荐入住。

酒店总体不错，就是靠卫生间门框缝藏了只蟋蟀，时不时叫一下，最后想了点办法消灭了才清静了。

酒店环境一般，卫生极差，地毯恐怕一年没洗了，房间里面发现蟑螂与蟋蟀，果断要求退房，前台服务员说只能换房，退房只能退押金，态度极差，我说要投诉，才给退房费。绝对真实。房间里的蟋蟀一直藏在地毯下面叫。

酒店干净卫生，一家三口两间房，临街有些小吵人，通过携程定的房，优惠了点儿，但不送早餐，略显小家子气，不过正好可以尝一下名声在外的襄阳牛肉面
