不错！经常出差到咸宁，原来有家固定住的，换了品牌，服务质量和住宿条件越来越差，还要涨价。通过艺龙找的这家，抱着试试的心态。住过后，物有所值！软，硬件都不错！以后到咸宁就住这家了！！！

设施还好，酒店点餐还好，前台服务也还好。就是整体服务太一般，个别人员服务意识太差。昨天晚上呗按了两次门铃，原因大家都懂。
