中央空调中坏了不及时维修的吗？？？一直有hehelanglang 的噪音！夜里起来2次厕所，每次再入睡都需要很久，现在头都是蒙的！感觉一整夜都没有休息好！还有办理个入住，由于平台和酒店之间的一些协议价原因，足足等了十多分钟才给办理入住。很差的一次入住体验！！

酒店环境和位置都很好，但是前台服务非常不满意，我们到的时候已经晚上一两点了，一大家子人定了八间房，有两三个人没有带身份证，非要我们去开证明才开房，我都已经妥协说先拿十二个身份证把房开了，其他人再去办证名都不行！一大家子人老老少少啊，太不近人情了！最后还要找经理来才给开，我就想问，我12张身份证开不了八间房吗？！
