住过的酒店鸿宝是服务最好的了，酒店装修时尚大气，服务理念好，处处细节皆到位，进入大厅服务生礼貌问好并给端茶。休息区放有免费的矿泉水和水果随便吃随便拿，值得夸奖的是每个服务员都打心里服务客人如家人一样春风细致，这种软服务非常难能可贵。服务态度很好，细节做的也挺棒，非常好。房间卫生干净，房间内准备的有三个头的手机充电器，服务周到贴心，床睡着很舒服，卫生间的洗护用品很有档次质量很高，进到房间就看到桌子上摆放的水果，没有想到的是用心的服务员还写有留言卡提醒客人酒店设有健身房、自助洗衣房、慕思按摩椅供客人体验使用，退房时还有礼品赠送，惊喜连连......早餐丰盛品种较多，环境优美。最想说的是在大厅还有为客人准备的健康出行用的防雾霾口罩免费取用，酒店用心贴心的服务处处为客人考虑。超赞，值得推荐！
