房间还是挺好的，主要要说的是前台，有个穿黑制服带白发卡的女的，态度极其恶劣，他们自己没弄明白，只知道推卸责任，说没接到艺龙的通知，不给我们开房，还一个劲的给我们推荐他们别的房间，艺龙的售后特别好，为我们解决了问题，她就生气了，对我们说话鼻子不是鼻子，眼睛不是眼睛。晚上时我们还碰到一份结婚的，她把人家定好的结婚用的房间开给了别人，人家新郎找她时，她还是推卸责任，说她没收到通知，然后事情没解决，人就跑了，我真想知道你就只会没接到通知这一个借口吗？还好新郎找到了经理，给解决了，我觉得你们酒店有这样的员工，实在是给你们摸黑

订的是高级商务标准间，但是看上去也就是普通酒店的标准间，订了两间，一样的价钱，房间一大一小，客服的服务态度很好。
