位置还不错，离烟台大学和海边都很近，旁边有个新世纪购物倒是方便。但是宾馆除了门面装修的挺小清新的，实在是太差了，服务态度也不好，屋子里面很潮湿，蟑螂到处爬，柜子上洗澡间都看得到，睡觉都提心吊胆的。
