靠海，靠近学校，烟大旁边有大学城跟小吃街，毕业后回来走一圈，非常棒！酒店跟饭店是一体的，玩累了可以直接吃饭！

直接到酒店订价格要比携程便宜，在携程订只能由携程开发票，在酒店开发票还要加钱！房间还没暖气，开空调两个小时也不暖和。

总体不错的，就是隔音不好，晚上睡觉很吵闹，我是去考试的，半夜还有脚步声和隔壁说话声音，真的很不好，对于备考的同学们。

酒店临街 稍微有点吵 不过一起入住的睡眠质量好的同事说没有影响 入住楼层比较低 没有看见海景 卫生比较干净 还有一点就是不能开发票 说是留地址会给邮寄过去 通常这种情况就会一等杳无音信 大家懂得 所以需要报销的 要注意哦

环境还可以，新装修的。说是海景房，我住的是三层，楼层太矮，稍微能看到那么一丁点海景。电视是新的也是液晶的，但是台不清楚。这些都无所谓，就是有一点不好，房间不通知不打扫，我又不知道，今天晚上回来居然没打扫，问前台说没通知怎么会打扫呢，这还要通知啊！气死了！
