前台三位大美女非常热情，特别是前台主管，及时解决我们的困难。酒店地理位置优越，开窗就是大海。离养马岛开车只需十分钟。非常满意！

烟台沿海位置，因为海岸线很长，这位置距离市中心还是有一段距离的，公寓式，干净，还是不错的，停车就在销售中心前面，或马路边，都是免费的。

酒店位置比较偏僻，但周围环境不错，路对面是个高尔夫球场，再远些就是大海。硬件也还可以，说得过去，算不上惊喜也没有惊吓。酒店不提供餐饮，可租赁厨具每天28元。服务人员很热情，但管理水平有待加强。

非常方便的公寓，里面有小洗衣机，去海边玩回来洗衣非常方便，晾衣服也很快就好了，房间很大，订的大床房，实际是家庭房，就是在金地兰苑里面，但是门口没有明显的拜登标志，如果需要吃饭就得开车去了

位置在海边，夜景很漂亮，对面是高尔夫球场，自驾住着还行，没有车真心不方便，房间很干净，孩子很喜欢，适合度假住

园区环境挺好的，房间设施也还好，离烟台大学不太远，还有服务人员的态度非常好，下次来还会住这里的。
