硬件设施很好，服务差，中秋节我们全家在餐厅吃饭，包间里的多宝阁是一个重大安全隐患，小孩轻轻一碰就倒了，万幸的是倒下的多宝阁空档刚好穿过孩子，只碰到了脖子不太严重。多宝阁上的两个装饰品碎了。结账时收银员态度非常恶劣，气势汹汹的一点不问为什么坏了，上来就说赔钱，还极不耐烦的说找经理去。这种服务态度我不能理解，这么好的酒店就被这种服务抹杀了。今年的中秋被这种人毁了。希望酒店培训工作跟上为好。
