酒店前台的妹纸简直折磨人，房卡打不开房间，让我上上下下跑了几趟也不说清楚啥原因，最后还是客房服务的阿姨发现这一间的房门把手不是往下按，而是往上拉……就这么简单的事，前台也不知道？因为酒店没有健身房，所以让客人跑着锻炼身体吗？其它服务人员都很好，比如帮忙调试Wi-Fi的大哥，以及门口接待的大哥，都很贴心，就这个最重要的前台服务，拉低整个酒店服务水平！
