没有空调挺难受的，咨询前台说这是统一送空调的，现在不开放。今天都有30度，这都不开放，让我们开窗户。结果半夜两三点才送了空调。

设施确实有些陈旧，跟四星不相符合，前台服务人员态度很好，有问必答，点个赞！要去三峡大坝游玩的朋友住在此酒店很方便，出门右转步行15分钟左右就到了游客换乘中心，白天可以看看江景，晚上可以到江边散散步，总的说来还不错！

从西安、成都、重庆、恩施到宜昌，一路下来这是我住的条件最艰苦的酒店，标着4星级，服务态度和酒店设施不如恩施的民宿，地毯脏，卫生间的门也破旧不堪，洗澡还要站到浴缸里，拖鞋不是一次性的，早餐看了也没什么胃口，牛奶淡得没一点奶味。主要还要交现金押金，这是对顾客的不信任。现在的一些经济型酒店都一分押金不收，退房也是秒退，我想这点贵店可以学习一下。
