卫生条件不错，可能是政府招待所，服务需要改进。洗澡下水堵了，整个卫生间全是水，平时的维护有问题。整体上可以推荐。

奎屯宾馆的周边环境很棒，园区也很大很美，边上还有个西公园，环境没得挑，装修也不错，墙壁插座丰富还有usb口，洗浴也很棒，水量很大，就是早餐吃不得😀
