酒店在特克斯县城大概算最好的几家之一了。房间很大，而且装修也比较新。酒店的服务人员很客气，有什么问题都耐心解答。还送了当地特产的干果。酒店边上的馋私猫是家在新疆连锁的饭店，菜味道很不错，喜欢汉餐的朋友在县城应该是第一选择了。

说好的返现说没就没了。预定以前问过携程说有返现，说入住以后会有返现的，结果说没就没了。只能说套路太深了。

这是我新疆之行中最糟糕的住宿体验，也是性价比最差的一次，没有之一。在前台check-in时报价比携程确认的价格贵了80多，前台死活不承认有这个订单。通过携程协调了20~30分钟，也消耗了我的手机费才勉强入住。前台办手续时还摆着一付我欠她的样子。我说我才入住，还没点评呢！谁知大小姐回一句，我们这不稀罕你们网上点评！
入住两晚热水都出现问题，有的房间是冷热水箮接反了，有的房间去前台交涉得到的答案居然是放水20分钟后就会来热水。这种硬件像是三星级吗？
虽然我没有比较特克斯县的其他宾馆，但绝对不会推荐这一家。
