到奎屯发现酒店非常多，看评价选了这家，性价比高，下高速开车大概十多分钟，位置好找，门口停车方便(收费)，在市中心，马路对面有爱家大超市，隔壁有三洋百货。前台服务好，电梯直接上楼，房间两层窗户玻璃隔音好，卫生可以，设施还行，有平板电视，电吹风，矿泉水，烧水壶(没有水垢，满意)，被子枕头干净舒服，床也软硬适中，浴巾干净。热水持续供应，空调没使用，不知道效果。床头柜有usb插座，早餐值得表扬，品种丰富，煮面的阿姨热情。就是浴室的帘子透明的，有点不方便，洗漱用品质量差点，可以再改进。

酒店位置很好，市政府旁边，周围也很繁华，吃饭也很方便。因为在第三方订房，第三方显示为1.2米双床，实际店内特价房为单间大床房，第三方房型信息有误，前台接待态度很好，耐心给我解释，并且叫来了负责人，了解了情况后免费给我升级了房型，还赠送了两个早餐！我有6年首府五星级酒店前厅管理经验，在地市这样的商务酒店能把问题处理成这样，相当满意！推荐入住！！！房间干净，整洁，无异味！

房间一进门就看件一只蟑螂，给踩死了，要求换房间，换的房间还是438，这是什么意思？挑事的吗？房间墙壁掉皮，装修老旧，潮湿霉味较重。退房问有没有停车票，先是说今天没有停车票了，然后就说停车收费跟它们酒店没关系，扯淡！第一次遇见住酒店不管停车的，真是垃圾的不行的酒店
