到酒店入住时说没有收到同程的传真，我致电同程后酒店给办理入住了，而且是我预定的房型没有了，免费升级为豪华标间，给同程点个赞，但是酒店的管理还是有一些问题，借个充电器是坏的，而且发现一张床只有一个枕头的，给总台打电话让送个枕头态度也不太好，而且还说我们这里每个房间都是这样，打个好多电话终于在晚上十二点拿到了，还是我自己到走廊里找服务员去拿的，折腾到半夜，你们是挂牌四星级酒店好不好？不管其他条件多豪华，我只想舒服的睡一觉，最基本的要求都达不到，这样的硬件不知道怎么评上四星的？看在同程的份上给个中评吧，希望酒店有所改进，不要借口十一人多，这是酒店本身的问题，不是客人多少的问题
