入住酒店，恰逢老公生日，晚上回到房间发现了这一份惊喜。感谢伊蕉叶全体员工的细心关照，在这里感受到了满满的爱。伊犁装修高档的酒店有很多，但人文关怀绝对没有任何一家酒店能跟伊蕉叶相比，从前台到服务员再到门口的保安大叔，每次入住都能感受到大家的热情服务，每一次见面都是笑脸相迎。服务员打扫房间时可以从前一晚睡觉的痕迹发现房间原本配的枕头不舒服，主动为我们更换较矮的枕芯；发现我们买了速溶的奶茶，就主动配一壶开水；有女士入住，就贴心地送一个魔法贴。中秋节的月饼，生日的蛋糕，一点一滴都是伊蕉叶的真心和关怀。希望酒店能够坚持这一份赤诚，越来越好。伊蕉叶，一生推！

设施齐全，服务热情，中秋期间一直在忙，都没有给自己买一块月饼，回到房间看到酒店赠送的月饼，感受到了伊蕉叶满满的热情和用心，谢谢每一位酒店工作人员！
