看了别人的评价才选择的入住的，入住过程比较坎坷，说酒店靠西门近，我们车子就停在西门的，哪知道西门不卖景点门票，只办年票，又让我们去景区大门买门票，坐景区大巴车到西门，景区大巴车也是醉了，二十分钟一班车，我们大包小包的等了好久，有老人有小孩，还下大暴雨，整个心情差到极点，浑身淋湿透了！到了西门去酒店的标志也不明确，问了好几个人，去酒店的路上全是小路，实在不好找，比较失望！

很不错的住宿体验，距西门很近，不需要电瓶车。两进四合院，里面幽静清雅，适合安静的休息。服务也很热情，主动帮助提行李，早晨营养均衡。

酒店在景区内，比较边的位置，装修还是挺好的，服务态度太一般了，服务员看到客人不会主动和你说话，洗手间里的一次性东西太次了。希望提高服务
