酒店的环境位置非常不错，出门附近就有公交车站，酒店也可以代叫车的服务，周边出行交通都很方便。酒店服务前台及楼层客服的服务态度认真负责，都很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心。

酒店真的很好，酒店是山庄类型，很有特色并且很新，酒店设计和装修也很精美大气。服务民风淳朴，价格不贵。还免费帮我们升级为套房，很享受的两晚！

这是在张家界住到的性价比最高的酒店，真的非常不错，房间内设很棒！房间也很宽敞适合带小孩居住，前台提前把空调开了，所以进房间就特别暖。当时随意定的，没想到这么好，强烈推荐入住！去黄龙洞景点，森林公园，大峡谷都不是很远，我们是自驾游的。下次有机会还会再住！
