客栈式酒店，外观比较有特色。但总体感觉一般，服务意识较差，距离武陵源大门不近，前不着村后不着店的，吃饭不方便，酒店早餐太差。

酒店很有特色，从卫生到设施，都很满意。酒店位置不错，旁边都是高大上的酒店。离魅力湘西走路10分钟。就是离各种美味要走20分钟。不过，在吃撑了美食之后，这点儿路纯当散步了
