2018年6月13号当天携程订的全张家界市区酒店价格最高的（富蓝特.和酒店）。连包茶都是要钱的。所有一次性用品都是表明了价钱。最可恶最无法忍受的是空调只是一个摆设，吹的自然风，无法睡觉，只能自己看手机里的电视剧到早上七点多，我打前台电话给我开了空调，大概1个小时我去吃了个早难忘的酒店早餐。只要豆角，萝卜丁。蛋炒饭，白粥和绿豆粥还要干巴巴的玉米🌽，服务态度差，她们开始说空调跳闸了。后来我在打电话给前台，前台说可能工程部在清理空调。我话还没说完就把我的电话挂断了。实在无法忍受只能选择退房了。希望携程不要这样和酒店坑游客。价钱比酒店门市价贵。一点都不值得。从来没有遇到这样坑人的酒店，这算不上酒店，富蓝特.和酒店若不再见👋👋👋👋👋
