优：位置较好，依靠万达和火车站，周边吃饭娱乐和出行都很方便，房间也算大，该有的设备和配件都有，靠万达里面一侧比较安静，网速尚可。
劣：装修过于陈旧，设备老化严重，椅子和地毯使用时间久，看起来较脏，房间灯光较暗，整体上与锦江都城品牌不匹配，木制的设备多处损坏，电视机偶尔没反应需要维修人员处理一下才能正常使用，整体性价比和体验还不如锦江之星。建议装修改善一下会比较好，否则这个价位就有点高了。
