早上到店已经预订好了，但是客房中午12点才腾出来，所以让酒店留间预定房，但是酒店前台忘记了，导致晚上去的时候告知我们没有客房了。幸好酒店经理比较负责，及时联系了附近别家酒店让我们原价入住，服务态度比较好，虽小有波折，但整体还比较满意的。
