前台服务员素质奇差，有和社会性质，服务态度恶劣，全国星级酒店退房都是两点，凌晨入住伟大的杜康还是12点，前台声称全国杜康只有这么一家，爱住就住，不住拉倒，多说几句她便纠集厨房一帮人勒索威胁！要不是在郑州这绝对的赤裸裸的黑店！有视频监控为证！房间设施陈旧，为了生命安全，建议入住前多多考虑！

因为朋友在该酒店开会，必须住在这里。来之前反复在艺龙看评论，心里有些没底。本人出差外地对宾馆住宿比较挑剔。思考以后订了一个人豪标。但价格不高，入住以后感觉太值了。虽然酒店有点老，但重新装修以后，不下四星。地理位置比较好，交通方便。附近有王府井百货大楼，吃饭、购物都比较方便。以后郑州出差就住这了，值得推荐。性价比超高，酒店大气，安全。门口的保安对车辆特别负责任。
