买别人低价转让的房，在前台碰见了，还和我们说，只是在里面洗了个澡，用了一下毛巾，酒店方协调要她出卫生整理费，开始还不出，想让我们出，我们当然不肯，房间我们都没入住，希望艺龙以后对于低价转让的房间要进行严格的审核。最后经过酒店服务人员的协调，转让的人才出了卫生打扫费！如果我们到店完了，前面转让的人退房离开了，真不知道这种事情改怎么处理了，写了这么多，也是给大家提个醒，酒店住的还行吧！服务挺不错的！

订的是无窗，很普通的一件，结果打开房门绝对是商务豪华间，空间非常大，带飘窗，很舒适，旅游的最后一晚，本来想将就胡乱过一晚，结果有意外惊喜。除了交通不是很方便，其他都好，因为酒店在装修，挺不好找的。

个人感觉不是很好，因为海利酒店三家，酒店隔音效果不好，因为我是凌晨三点下的单，当时找了好久，都找不到，想退掉，打电话给艺龙客服，接电话是个女的说话很不礼貌。后面再打了一次客服电话是个男的很有礼貌。艺龙网上的位置都不对。
