非常差，我们一起订了四个房间，她们分别帮我们安排在同一层的四个角。我要求换房她们表示已经没房了，但我在大堂等了半天，依然陆续有人来入住。对此安排本人感到非常不满意。而且有一间大床房还非常小。除了床基本都看不到地板了。

这个酒店住了好多次的，一直都觉得很好！但！今天的非常不愉快！深夜入住时房间射灯关不了！好在前台叫人来关了！但wifi一直连接不上，问了密码没改，由于深夜也不好意思再麻烦前台了！想着明天应该能用！早上起来还是连接不上！打了3次电话到前台！客房服务员来了2个！都是确认密码没错，是wifi用不了。因为3个手机都连不上！到隔壁房间也是同样连不上！给前台说是网络用不了，高潮来了！前台那个服务员说她们都能用，就只有我手机不能用！毫无歉意！本来也是小事一件，但前台的这个态度！呵呵！来住店，是让你取笑手机垃圾连不上wifi吗？你那一句，”你手机问题连不上，我也没办法！”真的把我雷到了！好牛逼啊！不好意思，这次的一星就是给前台接电话那个牛逼的服务员的，根本没有服务意识！一个酒店，装修再好！环境再安静，如果前台是这个服务态度，那么所有评分都只能化为0了！
