入住的时候导航到酒店，没有找到皇廷大酒店，站在熙水商务酒店门口打酒店前台电话，说我们就在熙水酒店门口，问怎么去皇廷酒店，那个前台让我们从边上的巷子进去，结果走到巷子里黑灯瞎火的根本没有酒店，又打电话到前台，说有个明亮的大堂，那周围实在没有，最后忍不住跑到熙水酒店大堂里去问，结果说就是他们家。晕死，那我站在门口打电话询问酒店位置的时候，直接告诉我现在叫熙水酒店不就好了吗？质问前台为什么还指引我们从旁边的巷子进去，他就不承认了，说他没有说过。我和闺蜜都是做过酒店行业的，对这种服务简直不想说。酒店房间枕头上有头发，床单上还有很多脏的印迹，后面还是打电话给客房服务员才换的。希望酒店更换名字后也及时和艺龙联系，更改酒店信息，不要给客人造成困扰。
