住店期间没有了解退房时间就外出办事了，以为是14点退房。结果接到前台服务员催退房电话，说正常中午12点退房，可以延长至13点，我说实在赶不回去，才勉强同意13点30退房。退房时已经是13点45，服务员倒也没有加收房费，理应给予感激，但结账时听到此服务员电话催其他住客“您的退房时间是14点……”。本来满怀歉意的赶回来退房，这已直接影响到我的工作行程，但听到这些，完全感觉自己被骗了！！！虽然小事一件，不该斤斤计较，但也体现出酒店的服务理念。分享一下感受，仅供大家参考！
