酒店古色古香，很有韵味，一色的男服务生，也别具特色。早餐还不错，总体评价4.5分，扣分原因主要是客房内设施如浴巾等略显陈旧，床上用品体验度也略欠缺。

主要说说餐饮吧，餐厅饭菜口味没得说，但那只能说明厨师不错，服务就无语了，重点说说结账处的短头发服务员，大呼小叫没有素质，一问三不知，业务不熟练，请问商家她不是你外甥女吧，把它放酒店里有碍观瞻！

我非常喜欢这家饭店，古香古色。饭店的位置也很好，房间不是很大，干净整洁。最关键点是离周庄古城很近就300多米。很好很好👍
