酒店离周村商业街很近，环境古色古香，很有特色，酒店的餐厅做菜很好吃，卫生环境也不错，一层房间有点潮，房间隔音不好，楼道里过人说话听的很清楚，所以很早就被吵醒了。酒店有停车场。前台客服人员不知为什么那么傲气，很拽的感觉，难道是因为从网上订的房间？给酒店减分不少，办完手续，领了房卡，都不给个提示，原来大堂是2层，1层要下楼。总之这么好的酒店，这么好的餐厅，配上这样的服务，真是只能让人叹息了，很破坏旅游的心情
