在携程上预订了两天的房，住了第一天，因临时改变行程，第二天不住了。由于网上下单时注明不能取消，所以抱着试一试的想法，与酒店协商退房事宜，没想到她们爽快答应了，还帮着协调。在此非常感谢！由此可见，她们的服务是很好的，所以给5分。

还是很满意酒店，态度服务都不错。唯一不满就是，网上明明写了含早餐140元，不含早餐130元，结果我定的140含早的，到了酒店，没早餐，这个比较气愤。

携程网购价格330 元，是一个私人开的店，比我们前一天晚上住的140的还差。服务态度极差，卫生条件差，设施差，还不含早餐，热水只够一个人洗，还要快点，第二个人洗澡要等2个小时以后，是我们住过的最差的地方。在它旁边的酒店只要200元左右，条件比这家好，老板说在网上订房，每一间房要给网站几十元的回扣
